Directus allows us to set a custom name for the token-cookie. In this integration it's hardcoded to
directus_token:https://github.com/directus-community/nuxt-directus/blob/5db5809deb9e3829d160879b30ebcee67e1c047f/src/runtime/composables/useDirectusToken.ts#L3-L14
Would be great if we could pass a custom name via the config too.
This could be added together with the refresh management
