Need to create a free account at IBM cloud and then can use the translation APIs.

Machine translations still need to be validated by a native speaker.

The value is the native speaker. Anyone can use the browser dropdown to machine translate the page into whatever language.

The process for human verification is the key step to figure out in order to justify doing the work to automate translation.
