Add name of snapshots to the snapshot policy output #519

Expected Behavior

At the moment, the snapshot policy only lists that there are older snapshots and when they are from. Helpful would be the name of the snapshot

Current Behavior

The snapshot policy only list the numbers of snapshots and the date of the oldest one, but not the name

Possible Solution

Add the name of the snapshots
