Extending support for characters needed for Roman transliteration of Sanskrit #495

This is a feature request.

Support for Latin characters with diacritics needs to be extended.

I found the following characters that aren't present in IBM Plex font family.

ṭ
ḍ
ṣ
ḥ
ṁ
ṃ
ṅ
ṇ
ḷ

These characters are extensively used for Roman Transliteration of Sanskrit/Devanāgarī alphabets.
