Awful performance with Unbound as DNS, config issues #97

3 issues:

  1. Noticed that even adlist can not be updated when Unbound DNS is used, just added Google or 1.1.1.1 and works great.
    Maybe author forgot to add some configuration.

  2. Also, I noticed that when I apply Recommended configuration / Split tunnel: 10.2.0.0/24 https://www.dnsleaktest.com/ will show me my real ip address, to prevent that on macos need to setup
    AllowedIPs = 0.0.0.0/0
    On ios and windows should be another allowed ip`s.

  3. By default config will have Endpoint = .:51820 without ip address of you server.

I also needed to remove unbound and change over to public DNS cachers.
