Option to select output path

Hi,
First, thanks you for your software, it work flawlessly and is very clean and easy to use!
I just would like to know if it would be possible to add an option to choose the output directory, instead of putting the output file in the same directory as the input.
It would have a lot of advantage, including the ability to restrict the flatpack sandbox right.
Of course, it could have a checkbox in the option to output the file in the same directory as the input, and it could be ticked as default, to keep the actual behaviour and just offer a new one.
