[Code] Integrate Phoenix Shell into Terminal Tab #373

Currently the Terminal tab of the Code app does not show a terminal at all. It would be nice to have the Phoenix shell integrated there.

Posted as a little "reminder" for the team, and for potential contributors when the Code app becomes open source.
