Add Dolby Vision RPU.bin or Dolby Vision metadata .xml

Description of the feature or enhancement you'd like to see in HandBrake

Is it possible to add an option that allow us to add an RPU.bin or Dolby Vision metadata .xml to a HDR10 video.
I mean like. You made a video in Davinci Resolve. You export a ProRes HDR Master and Dolby Vision sidecar metadata in xml (Like the Dolby recommandation, same for iTunes you know?) So that we can encode a proper Dolby Vision Profile 5 or 8 video. Without going through the HEVC encoder of Davinci.
