[WindowScreenLeftAndRight]: Support cycling through screens

Hi, This is a feature proposal for WindowScreenLeftAndRight spoon. The behavior I am looking for is when the current window is at the most left screen and user triggers another move to the left the window should go to the most right screen. Same for move to right screen.

I can help with the implementation, wanted to know more ideas before opening a PR.
