If someone subscribes then cancels, it causes confusion to see an hourglass estimate up until their benefits end.

It would probably be easiest to hide this field when a sub has a termination date?

ex someone bought a 1-month sub, cancelled, a 3-month sub, cancelled, then a 12-month sub and cancelled again to get the hourglasses up front. the estimate said their next hourglass would be in november so they contacted us asking where it was. with no active subs, there were no pending hourglasses tho.

we've also seen confusion with more normal cases as well, where an hourglass is estimated but the sub is cancelled before it came and the user didn't quite understand how that estimation worked since it stayed visible.
