Feature Request: Time since last tree update, and avg fee data

Since the Urkel tree updates 4x a day, it'd be useful to have a rolling ticker that shows time since the last tree update so people can be aware before submitting a new record on-chain.

Also an area showing the average fee sizes for transactions for various txn types would be useful as well.
