This folder contains functions, dictionaries, and programs for creating index.html files, javascript variables and json files.
app_info_hc.R: Titles, descriptions, and instructions for home page and each table series.
app_notes_hc.R: Text to be included in the Notes section of the interactive web tables.
functions...R: Helper functions.
RtoHTML.R: Creates index.html files for the home page and each summary table.
RtoJSON.R: Creates R and SAS codes for display, init.js, notes.js, and json files of tabular data in data folder for each table series in mepstrends.
Update_master.R: Combines formatted tables and stores as an .Rdata object for faster loading.
