Improve the app builder to make it more flexible. All changes need to be sure to apply to all renderers.

  • Refactor common code out between renderers a bit better
  • More options in the build process, such as enable_live_reload and window_icon decorations, fullscreen mode, etc.
  • Recursive directory search for assets
