Log in to TechBiz portal

You can log in to TechBiz portal using a TechPass account. Alternatively, if you are a public officer and do not have a TechPass account, you can use TechPass OTP service to log in to the TechBiz portal.

Note:

• The TechPass OTP service is only applicable for public officers without a TechPass account.
• TechBiz options and features that are available may vary based on the logged-in user. For example, the invite user option is not available for vendors.

This document guides you to do the following:

• Log in with TechPass
• Log in with TechPass OTP

Audience

• Public officers.
• Vendors who have the Technical admin role in a TechBiz account.

Prerequisites

• You need a non-SE GSIB device.
• An active TechPass account.

Log in with TechPass

1. Go to the TechBiz portal.
2. Click Log in with TechPass.

3. Follow the on-screen instructions and approve your sign-in.

Log in with TechPass OTP

Public officers whose organisational email address format is <your_name>@<acronym for your agency>.gov.sg, can use TechPass OTP service to login to TechBiz portal.

1. Go to the TechBiz portal.
2. Click Get Started.

3. Enter your organisational email address in Email and click Next. You will receive an OTP at this email address.

4. Enter the OTP and click Submit to log in to the TechBiz portal.

You are now logged in to the TechBiz portal.

Note:

• When you log in to the TechBiz portal using TechPass OTP, you will be immediately provisioned with a TechPass account. An onboarding invitation email will be sent to activate the provisioned TechPass account.
• Refer to TechPass documentation to complete the onboarding process.
