Parse OP properties from configuration document

For openid-connect providers (passport), we might try to load the OP config document based on the issuer entered, ie. if the target provider exposes a /.well-known/openid-configuration endpoint we can automatically populate properties such as authorization, token, userinfo endpoint, etc.
