Display passport attribute mappings (read-only) in provider's form

For convenience we could display the contents of the mapping taking effect for identity providers

We could make mappings selectable (eg. a list so the js file can be selected). To cover cases when oxtrust and passport are not in the same machine, the option to type it should also be present

Once a selection is made, we can show the file contents or some other enhanced way to make it more human-readable
