After the "we need to restart in 5 minutes" message, the installer just hung with no visible feedback on anything for more than 5 minutes. (Might have been 10?)

The issue here is really about it having no visible feedback, more than the time it took. I was concerned the installation process might have frozen, and had no idea what it was doing during the process.

In the instructions we mention that the progress indicator may not move during this process so it is documented.

@ifbell It was documented, but that's not sufficient - I had read those instructions, and so I understood that this might happen, but this took well over 5 minutes (which is what the popup says it will take) and so it wasn't clear to me whether it had frozen or whether the instructions were being followed.

I recommend adding an indicator to the installer so that no matter how long it takes, it at least doesn't appear frozen. I also suggest making the "5 minutes" more vague, like "The installation will take a bit of time to finish, and will then pop up a notification about restarting your computer."
