Create extended case studies

The info page lists a few projects that have built on the UI Kit. We can extend this into more detailed case studies to help designers and projects understand how they can use and work with the kit.

The Bitcoin Core App might be a good one to start with as there's an ongoing collaboration, and some designs that can be back-ported from the core app file to the UI Kit (button states specifically).
