Expand User model/Create UserProfile model

We need to either expand user or create new model to allow for storage and/or display of data about the user in a userprofile view.
Things like user description, avatar, channel description for streamers (?) as well possibly connecting the streams to users on database level.

This needs more functionality discussions, to more clearly define what has to be done.
