How to use data loaded data from JSON file as body for API call?

I'm loading a json file in my chat flow. I want to use the data inside the file as a body for an API call. I've looked for an api node that could accept data from another node but I can't any.

Is it possible to use a variable? Store the JSON data inside a variable and call it in the API node?

Is there a node you recommend I should use instead?
