JaCoCo commits fail when branch protection rules are in place #69

Currently, whenever the code coverage percentage changes, the build will fail because the process to commit the updated JaCoCo fails due to the branch protection rules.

Currently, to work around this, I'm just removing the branch protection rules temporarily and re-running the job, however, we need a better solution.
