Add examples and tools for Doctrine #28

As (probably) the most common ORM in the PHP ecosystem, it would be worthwhile to have examples and/or tooling to support it:

Credential as an entity
Credential DBAL field type (this could encapsulate the Codec)
Retrieval of credentials for a user into the Container wrapper
