Summary

EarTrumpet cannot differentiate between line in (like a 3.5mm aux cord from a record player) VS a virtual audio cables (such as a fake device discord uses) meaning changing the input of discord to 100 will change the audio player from muted to 100, blasting static from an inactive 3.5mm in your ear.

Steps to reproduce

Connect a 3.5mm line in and listen to it

install a virtual audio cable such as through bananameter or VAC.

EarTrumpet will choose only 1 device to display, but changing it changes every single devices audio.

EarTrumpet version

Windows store for W10 as of September 14 2023

Windows version

10.0.19045.3324

Can you right click the row in the flyout? Is it grouping several sources?
