[Feature] Add framalibre to the list of french resources in "what's next" page

We could add framalibre to the list of resources we mention in the "what's next" page in french : https://reports.exodus-privacy.eu.org/fr/info/next/

I think that would make sense in the part named "Découvrir des alternatives"
