codeium#Chat does not work at the first time we call it

• I tried to map Alt+Enter to open Codeium chat, but the first time I called it, nothing happened; it only opened at least on the second try.
• This is my config with lazy.nvim package manager, each method below for mapping Alt+Enter do not work.

This looks like a NeoVim usage, whereas this is the Vim extension. I don't have experience with NeoVim. Chat support has been added to the NeoVim extension as well recently (just not workdir support yet, AFAIK).
