Difficult to move Tabby App Window around screen when "Tabs" location is Left or Right

Describe the problem:
Difficult to move Tabby App Window around screen when "Tabs" location is Left or Right.

To Reproduce:
macOS Sonoma 14.4.1
Tabby Version 1.0.204 and 1.0.207
go to Settings, select Window, change Tab location to Left or Right, then try to move the Window.

I finally found where to grab!
The only way you can move the window is the very top right section between the Red close button and the edge of the App Window.
