it's easy to go from tabby to winscp but it's hard to go from the other way round.

document how to make Winscp support launching tabby

Describe alternatives you've considered
make a putty-like tabby command line launcher, which redirect everything putty to tabby

Additional context
bidirectional integration with winscp can be used as workaround for #4946

Right click -> launch winscp

it's easy to go from tabby to winscp but it's hard to go from the other way round.

i figured out how to start tabby window from winscp but it won't connect to the current host in winscp.
