I did some searches for this but didn't find results. I want to run a shell command outside the terminal app, that looks for an open terminal tab that doesn't have any processes running in it (other than the shell itself), runs the command there, and focuses on that terminal tab (switches from the GUI app I'm currently on, to that terminal app and specific tab).
