Is there any ANSI escape sequences support for tabby under Windows 7 ?

1. I have installed tabby 1.0.197 under Windows 7 (64b,SP1).
2. When I started a CMD console the ANSI escape sequences of the prompt do NOT work (neither when I write a programme to display colours). I get the escape sequences printed on the console instead of the colours.
3. The same CMD configuration and programmes works on ConEmu CMD consoles.
4. Is there any support for ANSI escape sequences with tabby under W7 or is it only available under W10 and after ?

I forgot to say that under bash (cygwin64) I get the same behaviour:
