This is an excellent companion to the timetable features in JGRPP! I've already used it several times to quickly solve problems that would have previously taken hours of trial and error. I have a few feature suggestions:

  • Export the Marey charts as images and export the data as CSV or XLSX
  • Greater integration with the game. This is obviously a big ask, but if the program was capable of reading schedules directly from the save file, it would massively simplify the workflow and open up lots of new gameplay possibilities.
  • Some way of diagramming where meets and overtakes occur. Right now the only option (as far as I know) is to guesstimate based on the position of the graph.

I could try to implement a screenshot feature, though it doesn't have a high priority for me.
The save data is already in a CSV format.

Save/game integration has been suggested before, but it's way beyond my skill level, and since JGR recently added a bunch of new features to Scheduled Dispatch it's not longer even feasible as it doesn't map neatly on the way this program does stuff. Now if you do have the relevant skills, feel free to fork the project and try to implement it. I'm afraid I can't help you with this.

So what exactly are you thinking of? Would a cursor work, such that you can click and it'll give you an estimated position and time? As the lines don't actually exist codewise, I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it snap to the lines though. I can try when I get to it.
