When using the keyboard mapping, and digital controller (without left and right sticks), the input is digital when mapped to those functions.
When dealing with analog games that expected analog controls, a digital "all or nothing" key press makes playing those games often unwieldy.
Games like Food Fight had a progressive joystick where the longer you held in a direction the faster the character ran. Some racing games might also benefit like Hang-On.
The request is to implement a Logarithmic output option that isn't all or nothing but allows for progressive input, and a speed of sensitivity. This would simulate an analog control with digital keybinds.
This would allow for smoother controls on many games, but should should be an optional feature to enable (or set in the EJS_defaults).
