UI not coming up with React SPA #180

I have an ASP.NET Core 6 React SPA app. I have followed the install steps exactly and it is logging errors, but the UI won't come up using the default path of /elmah. It seems React is getting in the way somehow and returning a 304 from /elmah. Clearing cache does not help.
