[Bug] Notification sounds have stopped working without my noticing.

As the subject says, it has stopped without my noticing.
It might be related to the fact that I've been running the system for an extended period without rebooting, or perhaps it has something to do with having multiple sound devices?

私の環境では、Windowsがスリープから回復した後、通知音が鳴らなくなります。

詳しく検証してないけどうちもおんなじかも。
割とアプリ再起動で治る傾向がある。
