HP bars become glitched when anchorage repairs are interrupted

When an anchorage repair is interrupted, the life bars of units that were to be repaired will continue to show that green bit that indicates the amount that they were expected to have repaired, as well as changing color if applicable. The numerical display is not affected. Their HP bars seem to stay glitched until they are hurt or repaired again.

Ways to trigger this glitch:

1. Start anchorage repairs with any AR and then switch the fleet composition after 20+ minutes
2. Attempt to have Asahi repair more ships than she is able to. (EO does not recognize that Asahi has a smaller repair capacity than Akashi, so the last two ships in the fleet have glitched lifebars after the repair is committed)
