@elderjs/plugin-images: SVG support ? #69

I imagine it in three differents way:

converting svg to png/jpg, then use it as a png or jpg
keep the svg but add the blur effect
svg inline (for logo or tiny stuff, related to: #118)

@kiuKisas Totally open to this, but I can't commit time to developing it at the moment.
