... we are actually interested in these "FAC spikes", or else FAC small
scales signals, whose trend represent quite nicely the geomagnetic
activity during this geomagnetic storm.

This problem is that the web client visualization plot the sub-sampled data and does not preserve the FAC spikes observed in the original data, as visualized in the plot below:

Perhaps the visualizations of the FAC data in the VirES web client could be reconsidered.

As a workaround, I recommend visualization of the non-sub-sampled data in a VRE Jupyter notebook.
