Copy the HiPACE++ spin-tracing to ABLASTR: Hi-PACE/hipace#1071

Spin tracking from FBPIC: fbpic/fbpic#672

Refs: (selected)

Tasks:

  • runtime property (vector) for each macro particle's spin
  • specific pusher in B fields
  • initialization routines (i.e., randomized, polarized)
