Use the code to see the synthetic cloudwacth of aws in dynatraces it already appears monitored, however it does not generate any type of alert when there is unavailability. What should I do for dynatraces to alert it?

Hi @ayamayab, the current solution for this is to create a "Custom event for alerting" in Settings > Anomaly detection > Custom events for alerting.
You can create alerts using one of these metrics:
builtin:synthetic.external.quality
builtin:synthetic.external.quality.geo

But apparently everything marks it at 100% but we had an affectation on the page that aws does recognize as an error but dynatraces does not recognize it and marks 100% , use the builtin:synthetic.external.quality metrics
builtin:synthetic.external.quality.geo, but even so it always detects 100%, likewise I have realized that in dynatraces the synthetic does not capture the events of the aws synthetic

@ayamayab ah. When you said that no alert is generated when there is unavailability, I assumed that you were talking about unavailability displayed within Dynatrace Dynatrace.

If you'd like me to investigate, you can send the logs of a failed canary run to me at [email protected].
