Update base and libs

It would be nice to have latest Android version in this project and x64 libs for Windows PC users with low RAM memory who cannot use VMs to have android support without crashing their PCs. This project literally can save many PCs from forcing buying more RAM to be able to use WSA on their devices. This literally works natively without VM emulations so it can save RAM usage for those low, slow PC devices.

So, if you have open-source access to those libs and time to work and implement, it would be nice to have some useful update in those times of technology development.
