feature: make "view line history" command searchable by typing "blame" #733

I need better "SEO" for the "view line history" command

basically:

what happens now: I have to Ctrl+Shift+P and type "line history" or sth like this
what I want: I want the command to contain "blame" in its title so that I can search it with just "blame"
