Summary

support renaming app commands

What is the feature request for?

The core library

The Problem

the current sync system requires renaming any app command to delete the existing command and create a new one.

The Ideal Solution

I propose a commands.rename() decorator which is used to match that command to an old command and rename it from that old command.
