This is due to refactor away from jquery-ui and code from 6pac plugin being incompatible with the same from x-slickgrid.

needs converting of the logic that looks at active canvas node from here:
https://github.com/ddomingues/X-SlickGrid/blob/master/plugins/slick.cellrangeselector.js#L54
