Any plan to remove jQuery from dependency list?

I love to use slickgrid for years. Nice work!

For a recent React project, we want to use it, but management doesn't want to include jQuery into the project.

So I want to know if there is any plan to remove jQuery from dependency list? Or what can I do for this?

I wanted to but it's impossible without countless hours. Use it in react but things like cell renderers are slow as you need ReactDOM.render(<Renderer />, node[0]) into jquery node. Things like heading and filters in react are fine.
