The DFN-6 Package footprint ("6-DFN_3x3mm") appears to have a pitch of 1.00 mm. I have at least one example chip
(MAX4461HETT+T Datasheet) that features a pitch of 0.95mm but I believe there are more.

I'm sorry if the discrepancy is intentional, I just happened to notice. It is probably a non-issue with only 6 pins anyways.
