Often, DevUtils might not have the utils I need, related #96

Sometimes, I can find some obscure tool online that has what I need. Usually, I need that tool more than once.

I would like DevUtils to help me keep track of useful tools that aren’t yet built into the app. It would be great to add a custom title, description, and link in the sidebar and search results for those web tools.
