[@types/mocha] always declares global variables, even if they're only available in CLI

I'm using mocha in node without CLI, and I don't want to use global values. I like to explicitly import them:

import {suite} from "mocha";

and in that case, global variables are not available (which is good).

Would it be possible to maybe break the types to @types/mocha-cli and @types/mocha? The CLI can have all the global variables, and @types/mocha would only have the imported ones?

I would need a @types/ package which doesn't declare global variables, because currently my IDE shows incorrect types (sees test and suite in places that doesn't have them).
