Github Issues creation from DefectDojo findings.

Describe the solution you'd like
We would like to have the possibility to create issues on our GitHub repo related to the findings in our DefectDojo dashboard.
We would like to have the option to do this manually and automatically.
Automatically would mean, that as soon as there is a new finding in the DefectDojo, an issue in the GitHub is created.
Mannually would mean to have the option from the finding to create an issue in GitHub. A manual approach would be good in case we don't want all findings to be created.
