On raspberry pi 5 bookworm os 64 bit python 3.11.2 with raspberry pi camera module v2 and v3 noir

Using the degirum_tools.predict_stream method

Discussed here, but this seems like a more appropriate place to leave the issue

It seems like using the rtsp server method is introducing a 2-3 second delay, which is quite significant

Looks like the issue is here: opencv/opencv#21653
