I can't seem to get hydrus to reconize or use gelbooru's blacklist cookie like it used to.

I can't seem to get hydrus to pick up gelbooru's blacklist cookie which contains my blacklist settings for that site like it used to. I've had this issue since last year now and I can't tell if I did something or if gelbooru changed something but at some point whenever I download a tag, it just ignores the blacklist cookie. It started when I was trying to fix another non related site issue with gelbooru and I downloaded a gelbooru script from here

and ever since I have been unable to get hydrus to pick up my blacklist settings.
