Tutorial screens scroll unnecessarily on iPhone 7s

@kpeatt right now we have the Tutorial animations taking half the screen height height: viewportHeight / 2 which causes the need to scroll on smaller devices as the text takes up more than the remaining space.

I can shrink the animation some more if you want? Should we be maybe doing a device height breakpoint here and shrink it only for small devices?
